The six levels of AI adoption maturity
The ASCENDTM framework looks at your existing technical systems and frontline employee behaviours, and provides a structured approach to grading AI adoption. The scorecard it produces gives visibility of your firm’s current strengths, highlights risks in your current AI deployments, and sets out practical improvement recommendations.
